Transarmor Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
First Data Corporation is a financial services company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. The company's STAR Network provided nationwide domestic debit acceptance at more than 2 million retail POS, ATM, and Online outlets for nearly a third of all U.S. debit cards. In October 2014, First Data announced the Enhanced TransArmor Solution for small businesses. First Data's TransArmor Solution protects payment card data throughout the transaction process, incorporating several security and compliance products into one multi-layered solution.
Transarmor has a poor customer service and unexplained fees, Kevin wrote a review at merchantmaverick.com
"First Data has very poor customer service. In the 2 plus years, I have been with them I was told on 23 occasions that someone from research would answer my question in 48 hours. They even gave me confirmation numbers. When I called back I was told they would reach out to me. I am still waiting on that first of 23 calls. I think “research” is just their dumping ground to make you go away. The client website gives some good data but their charges trickle in months in arrears and their bills are unintelligible. The only bright spot is they have not made errors with payments. However, it is virtually impossible to tell the difference between a pass-through charge and something they may make up. I have had charges appear on my statement and they cannot tell me what it was for or why I was charged the fee or what transaction it might be related to – their only answer is that the computer determines the fees. I have never been successful at having any suspect fees removed. I would only recommend this company to a really tough competitor. They truly don’t care about customers. They are just processors."

You receive calls from all departments simultaneously so it's hard to detemine which systems to pull up. Managers are useless as they don't know the products themselves.
